Delivery Information
Your books or CDs will normally be sent to you within three days of your order.
You should expect to receive your item/s within six days from the date of your order if you are ordering from the UK, within 12 days if you are ordering from Europe or within 18 days if you are ordering from countries outside Europe. Please note if ordering from abroad additional delays may occur as a result of customs inspection, imposition of local taxes, etc, over which we have no control.
Please contact us by email at bookshop@fses.org if your order is significantly overdue .
Your parcel will normally be sent by the UK Royal Mail, Parcel Force, or Air Mail services.
Once you have placed an order you will be unable to change the order details online.
We are not able to send single orders to multiple addresses; you will need to make separate orders to achieve this.
