Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order for books or CDs. By using the service of www.philosophybookshop.com to make a purchase, you agree to be bound by these conditions. These conditions are governed by English law and any dispute between you and the School of Economic Science shall be determined in the English law courts.
The School of Economic Science is committed to protecting your privacy. We shall not share the information that you provide with other organisations. We shall use it solely to communicate with you and for internal administrative purposes.
If an order exceeds 5kg in weight, we shall review the postage rates to see if the order can be sent less expensively. If it can be, a credit will be added to your account or a refund sent to you by post, at our discretion.
If your purchase does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of this.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of your order for a complete refund, provided we receive it in its original condition. Your postage will also be refunded if we have failed to provide what was promised.
All returns should be securely packaged and sent with the original packing slip, stating reason for return, to the following address: Philosophy Bookshop, SES, 11-13 Mandeville Place, London W1U 3AJ.
Taxes and duties
All our prices include VAT where applicable. The recipient is liable for any local taxes or duties in the country where the purchase is delivered.
The School of Economic Science will not be responsible for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you placed your order.
